Product Description
T40F-16 Manual Regulating Valve: Designed for use in water or hot water pipelines with an operating pressure of ≤1.6 MPa and a medium temperature of ≤100℃ to regulate flow. To close the valve, turn the handwheel clockwise; this causes the valve stem to drive the disc downward until the two conical sealing surfaces come into tight contact, completely shutting off the pipeline.
Product Features
- Improved Heating Conditions: All branch lines and heat distribution points equipped with manual control valves can be adjusted to the design flow rate, ensuring optimal temperature conditions. These control valves offer better regulation performance than gate valves or globe valves, providing near-linear control characteristics. As a result, temperature inconsistencies within heated buildings are significantly reduced.
- Energy Savings: Imbalances in temperature and pressure within the heating network can cause excessive flow in certain branches, resulting in overheated buildings. This forces residents to open windows, leading to significant energy waste. By installing manual control valves on these branches, these temperature and pressure imbalances are corrected, eliminating the need to open windows and thereby achieving energy savings.
- Improving Hydraulic Conditions in the Pipeline Network: Manual control valves can regulate flow according to the rated flow rate, reducing excess flow in the pipeline network and thereby mitigating the deterioration of the original hydraulic conditions to some extent.
