D943H/W electric flange hard seal butterfly valve adopts precision J-shaped elastic sealing ring and three eccentric multi-layer metal hard seal structure, is widely used in the medium temperature ≤ 325 ℃ of the gold, electric power, petrochemical industry, as well as drainage and municipal construction and other industrial pipelines, for regulating the flow rate and cutting off the use of fluids. The valve adopts three eccentric structure, the valve seat and disc sealing surface are made of different hardness and stainless steel, has good corrosion resistance, long service life, the valve has two-way sealing function, the product conforms to the national GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test standards.
Product Features
- Butterfly valve adopts three eccentric sealing structure, the valve seat and butterfly plate almost no wear and tear, with the more closed the tighter the sealing function.
- The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the double advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal, and has excellent sealing performance regardless of low and high temperatures, corrosion resistance, long service life and other characteristics.
- The sealing surface of the disk plate is made of surfacing cobalt-based cemented carbide, and the sealing surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
- Large-size butterfly plate adopts quilted frame structure with high strength, large overflow area and small flow resistance.
- This valve has a two-way sealing function, installation is not restricted by the direction of media flow, and is not affected by the spatial location, can be installed in any direction.
