Product Description

The LDG series intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is a fully intelligent flowmeter developed based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, featuring an internationally advanced level of technology. Its design incorporates extensive long-term field experience, delivering high reliability, stability, and repeatability. The instrument consists of two main components: the electromagnetic flow sensor and the intelligent converter. The sensor comprises a measuring tube, electrodes, a liner, and excitation coils. Its primary function is to generate an induced electromotive force (EMF) proportional to the flow velocity, and to transmit this EMF signal to the converter via cables for intelligent processing. The converter outputs analog DC signals corresponding to the measured flow rate, as well as cumulative pulse signals and other outputs.

Product Description

  1. The measurement results are independent of physical parameters such as flow velocity distribution, fluid pressure, temperature, density, and viscosity.
  2. The measurement range can be adjusted online on-site based on the user's actual needs.
  3. Measurements are not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, or conductivity.
  4. The measurement pipeline contains no moving parts and experiences no pressure loss; the requirements for straight pipe sections are low, and there is virtually no additional pressure loss during measurement.
  5. Electromagnetic flow sensors can be equipped with grounding electrodes to ensure proper grounding of the instrument.
  6. The electromagnetic flow sensor utilizes advanced manufacturing processes, giving the instrument excellent resistance to negative pressure.
  7. Fully digital processing, high resistance to interference, reliable measurements, and high accuracy.
  8. High-definition backlit LCD display with a fully Chinese-language menu; easy to use and simple to operate, with clear readings visible both in bright sunlight and at night.
  9. It features bidirectional flow measurement and bidirectional totalization capabilities, with bidirectional output for current and frequency.

Resistant to corrosion by seawater, various chlorides and hypochlorites, and various hydroxides.

Hastelloy C

Hc

Resistant to oxidizing acids, such as nitric acid, mixed acids, and mixtures of chromic acid and sulfuric acid. It is also resistant to corrosion in environments containing oxidizing salts or other oxidizing agents. It exhibits good corrosion resistance to seawater, alkaline solutions, and oxide solutions.

Hastelloy B

Hb

It exhibits good corrosion resistance against non-oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, as well as alkalis and salts.

Tantalum

Ta

With the exception of hydrofluoric acid, it is resistant to corrosion by almost all chemical media. Due to its high cost, it is used only for hydrochloric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid.

Tungsten Carbide

It offers excellent wear resistance and is specifically designed for abrasive media such as slurry and pulp.

Scope of Application

Chloroprene Rubber (CR)

Resistant to corrosion by generally low-concentration acids, alkalis, and salts.

0~70℃

For industrial water, wastewater, and low-concentration acid, alkali, and salt solutions. Maximum temperature up to 95℃ as required. CR lining material available for sizes DN50 to DN2000.

Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP)

It offers excellent heat and corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and good wear resistance; the lining is not easily damaged when the surface is cleaned.

-20~100℃

All fluids, except for highly abrasive media such as mortar, can be used in applications with sanitary requirements, such as drinking water systems, and can withstand temperatures up to 180℃ as required. FEP lining material is available for sizes ranging from DN6 to DN400.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)

It is resistant to corrosion by almost all chemical agents, but has poor wear resistance.

-40~150℃

Not suitable for use in negative-pressure pipelines or with highly abrasive fluids. PTFE lining is available for sizes DN25 through DN1000.
