Product Description

The pneumatic pinch valve is a valve with excellent wear and corrosion resistance, serving as an excellent alternative to traditional ball valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, and other valve types. The average service life of this valve in clean water testing is 200,000 cycles. Applications include the mining industry: wet-type magnetic separators, ceramic filters, MGM tubular membrane filters, Gore membrane filters, tailings slurry conveyance pipelines, and slurry conveyance pipelines in mining and beneficiation units; the construction machinery industry: automatic weighing devices in batching systems and chemical dosing systems; the metallurgical industry: automatic slag addition systems in steelmaking; the pharmaceutical industry: conveyor systems for large-volume parenteral solutions in plastic bottles; the wastewater treatment industry; sludge conveyance pipelines, among others.

Product Features

  3. The rubber hose sleeve features a fiber-reinforced structure, making it wear-resistant and fatigue-resistant.

How It Works

When no control medium is present, the cavity between the rubber sleeve and the valve body is open to the atmosphere, and the rubber sleeve is held in an outwardly tensioned state by the fluid pressure. Because the rubber sleeve contains reinforcing cord layers arranged at specific angles, the axial and radial pressures within the sleeve balance each other out; therefore, the length and diameter of the rubber sleeve do not change due to fluid pressure. When the control medium enters the cavity between the rubber sleeve and the valve body, the rubber sleeve deforms under the pressure of the medium to shut off the flow. As shown in the figure below:
