Product Features

1. Double eccentric structure, the valve stem, butterfly plate of the two eccentric, realize the valve open instant sealing that is detached, reduce friction loss, improve service life. Double eccentric butterfly plate with arc surface valve seat, the mechanical friction coefficient of the sealing surface is only 0.07, small wear and tear, opening and closing easily and freely, and effectively extend the service life to 200,000 times opening and closing without failures, 2 million times without metal damage.
2. “Grooved” circular face seal:
   • a: sealing ring material: according to the medium temperature and pressure, choose to add glass fiber or carbon fiber (PTFE, RTFE, FPT), etc., to achieve higher performance.
   • b：Effective use of “groove”-shaped arc surface sealing ring shape deformation, the valve plate in the closing, the valve seat is squeezed by the deformation of a small amount of elasticity to achieve sealing, pressure uniformity and no leakage.
   • c: When the valve plate is closed, the “C”-shaped structure deforms, which can effectively utilize the pressure of the forward and reverse medium itself to realize two-way non-discriminatory sealing.
3. The axial packing of V-shape overlapping design is subjected to axial pressure of packing gland to realize self-excited sealing and effectively prevent leakage. Suitable for high-frequency opening and closing action conditions.
4. The valve spindle is connected to the valve plate by side pins, which effectively improves the strength of the spindle (shear resistance of the valve stem).
5. Both ends of the valve shaft have ad hoc wheel hub type open positioning ring, effectively preventing the valve plate opening or closing caused by the up and down action of the valve shaft, which directly caused by the top impact on the actuator so that the phenomenon of air leakage.
6. Butterfly plate around the edge of the chrome-plated treatment, and then processed by CNC machine tools and grinding electropolishing and other processing procedures, the sealing surface finish reaches 11 (mirror level).
7. Valve cavity with over-torque limit setting, to prevent the actuator torque is too large or other unexpected circumstances, resulting in the valve plate closed over the top, resulting in damage to the seal ring and internal leakage phenomenon.
